We currently only provide dynamic IP addresses with our service. However, providing static IP addresses is something we are looking at, and will hopefully be making them available soon.

You can buy a MediaHub by visiting My Account or through Customer Care. Don’t forget that MediaHubs will only work at certain Optify sites. See our MediaHub page for more details.

Yes, you can. Just contact Customer Care when you get into the new building so we can update your contact information.

Cancellation occurs only when you notify us that you no longer wish to keep your account. Refunds are only given at our discretion and depending upon specific circumstances.  Contact Customer Care and they will look into it.

Unfortunately this is not possible. We could, however, take a payment from a friend or family member and you could pay them back later.

You will need to give us a minimum of 30 days’ notice if you want to cancel. If you are still within your contract period, you will be liable to pay an Early Termination Fee. Details of these and other charges can be found here.

There is no notice period. We will just cancel the account on your next billing date. You need to be aware of your billing date, and make sure you cancel before this date if you are leaving a day or two after the billing date; otherwise, you will be charged again for a full month.
