Commitment to Prompt Payment
Wifinity is committed to fair, transparent and responsible payment practices across our supply chain. We recognise the important role our suppliers and subcontractors play in supporting the delivery of services to our customers and are committed to paying suppliers promptly and in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
Our objective is to pay at least 95% of valid and undisputed supplier invoices within 30 days where this aligns with the agreed commercial terms, while maintaining transparent, fair and collaborative relationships across our supply chain. Our policies and procedures support compliance with UK public procurement requirements, industry best practice, and the principles of the Fair Payment Code.
We recognise that prompt payment supports supplier cash flow, strengthens long-term relationships and enables suppliers to continue investing in the quality services and products that support our customers. We encourage suppliers to raise any concerns about payment performance so we can resolve issues quickly and constructively.
