Google Chromecast:
Locating the MAC address during Chromecast setup:
From the “Connect to Wi-Fi” screen of the setup process, tap the More menu icon located in the top right corner and then tap “show MAC Address”.
Locating the MAC address after Chromecast setup:
1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap your Chromecast device.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll down to Information to find your MAC address.
Amazon Echo Alexa:
If you have not previously setup your device on another network, you can find the MAC address on the box the device came with or:
1. Open the Alexa app on your mobile device and sign in with your Amazon details (Username and Password for your Amazon account) and follow the on-screen prompts
2. Click Devices at the bottom.
3. Click the add button in the top right corner.
4. Select your Alexa device.
5. Follow the prompted on-screen instructions.
6. Click About Copy the MAC address.
7. Log in to your My Account and click “Device Management” along the top.
8. Click “Add Device”, write “Alexa”, and select “Computer.”
9. Enter the Physical Address and click “Save”.
10. On the Alexa app Finish setup, select the Alexa tap the cog again.
11. Click change next to Wi-Fi Network
12. Select Parkdean Customer
If you have previously setup your device on another network:
1. Open the Alexa app on your mobile device.
2. Once the Alexa app opens, click devices in the middle along the bottom
3. Next, select your Alexa device.
4. Click the cog in the right corner.
5. scroll to the bottom and click About
6. Copy the MAC address.
7. Log in to your My Account and click “Device Management” along the top.
8. Click “Add Device”, write “Alexa”, and select “Computer.”
9. Enter the Physical Address and click “Save”.
10. On the Alexa app Click devices again, select the Alexa tap the cog again.
11. Click change next to Wi-Fi Network
12. Select Parkdean Customer
Fire Tablet
1. Go to settings, click internet
2. Click Wi-fi Preferences
3. Connect to Parkdean Customer
4. Click the cog to the right of the network name
5. Copy the MAC address
6. Log in to your My Account and click “Device Management” along the top.
7. Click “Add Device”, write “Fire Tablet”, and select “Tablet.”
8. Enter the Physical Address and click “Save”.
Sonos:
You can find the MAC address on a label at the bottom of your speaker, it will be listed as the serial number.
