Firstly, you need to be in a location where we offer internet access as a service. Then, open up your WiFi settings and look for the Wifinity network name. When you click to connect to the network you should then see a page showing you the plans that are available to you, at that location. If you connected to the network, but don’t see this page, go to https://hotspot.wifinity.com/.

Once you have signed up for a plan, the device you first used will automatically be able to use the service – just make sure you are connected to our network.

The price of the plans depends on the type of service and your location. Generally our plans are either paid subscription, where you can buy access for a period of time, or access will be included as part of the wider service for where you are.

Many of our plans will have a download speed associated with them. This is meant to be a guide to the different levels of service, but does not a guarantee you will always get that speed. The speed you receive will vary because we can’t control all the factors that impact your individual speed (such as how far away from the WiFi Access Point, obstructions like walls, or sources of interference like microwave ovens being used nearby). How modern your devices is, what you are doing online, and the time of day can all make a difference too.

To use our service, you need to tell us which of your devices (e.g. phone, laptop, tablet) you want to use. When our network “sees” these devices it will just let them straight onto the network, so you don’t need to sign in every time.

The device you first use to sign up with will automatically be added to your account. To add further devices you need to go to the My Account portal and add them using each devices MAC address to identify it.

A MAC address is a short set of numbers and letters that is unique to your device. Our network can see you MAC address if it has been added to your account it will be put straight on to the internet.

Each type of device will be a bit different, but genrerally the MAC can be found in the settings section.
