1. You will need to contact the Customer Service Team if you have forgotten the username for your online Wi-Fi account. Get in touch
Do not create a new account or a second account as a workaround to forgetting your username. This is because your devices may still be linked to the first account that they were first assigned to.
2. If you have forgotten the password to your online Wi-Fi account you will need to re-set it.
Make sure you are connected to the Wi-Fi network called PDR Customer. Open a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and type the following web address: https://hotspot.wifinity.com/v2
Click Log In
On the log in screen select Forgotten your password.
3. You will have two options to re-set your password, re-set password by Email or SMS (text message). Select your preferred method and follow the steps to reset your password.
