What do I do if I forget my Wi-Fi key or password?

If you have forgotten your Wi-Fi key (network password), then all you need to do is connect to your Optify network, login to your Home Hub’s admin page with http://192.168.0.1 in your browser, and use ‘admin’ as your username and ‘optify’ as your password. Once logged in, just follow these simple steps to change your Wi-Fi password:

  1. Click on “configuration”, click on “Wireless” and then click “Security”.
  2. In “Manual Setup”, select the SSID for which you want to change the password.
  3. Make sure the network is set to “WPA2-PSK” and change the WPA/WAP2 passphrase to a new password of your choice.
  4. Click on “Apply” and that’s it!
