Kindle/ Kindle Touch/ Kindle Paperwhite:
To locate the MAC address, please follow these steps:
1. Tap the Menu button on the home screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Tap the Menu button again.
4. Select Device Info.
5. Scroll down to find the Wi-Fi MAC Address.
Kindle Fire / Kindle Fire HD / Kindle Fire HDX
1. Go to settings, click internet
2. Click Wi-fi Preferences
3. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi
4. Click the cog to the right of the network name
5. Copy the MAC address
6. Go to the Landing Page
7. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Add Device
8. Enter the Wi-Fi Address and click get device online.
9. The page will show a loading bar and confirm you are connected.
Firestick
To locate the Firestick’s MAC address this is under Settings > My Fire TV > scroll to network and in the bottom right you will see the MAC address.
1. Once located copy down the 12-digit MAC address
2. Go to the Landing Page
3. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Add Device
4. Enter the Wi-Fi Address and click get device online.
5. The page will show a loading bar and confirm you are connected.
Alexa Echo
If you have not previouslysetup your device on another network, you can find the MAC address on the box the device came with or:
1. Open the Alexa app on your mobile device and sign in with your Amazon details (Username and Password for your Amazon account) and follow the on-screen prompts
2. Click Devices at the bottom.
3. Click the add button in the top right corner.
4. Select your Alexa device.
5. Follow the prompted on-screen instructions.
6. Click About Copy the MAC address.
7. Go to the Landing Page
8. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Add Device
9. Enter the Wi-Fi Address and click get device online.
10. The page will show a loading bar and confirm you are connected.
11. On the Alexa app Click devices again, select the Alexa tap the cog again.
12. Click change next to Wi-Fi Network
13. Select Butlins Wi-Fi
If you have previously setup your device on another network:
1. Open the Alexa app on your mobile device.
2. Once the Alexa app opens, click devices in the middle along the bottom
3. Next, select your Alexa device.
4. Click the cog in the right corner.
5. scroll to the bottom and click About
6. Copy the MAC address.
7. Go to the Landing Page
8. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Add Device
9. Enter the Wi-Fi Address and click get device online.
10. The page will show a loading bar and confirm you are connected.
11. On the Alexa app Click devices again, select the Alexa tap the cog again.
12. Click change next to Wi-Fi Network
13. Select Butlins Wi-Fi
