I have been charged twice

We would not expect this to happen, and we actively monitor all payments made to our system. If it does occur, we will refund the extra payment as soon as possible once we become aware of it. We also double-check for any duplicate payments via regular monthly review.

As a precaution, when making a payment, please avoid clicking the refresh button while the transaction is in progress. Especially over slower connections, such as satellite links, the payment may take a little longer to process, and refreshing can sometimes cause duplicate payments.
