News & insight

Defence-grade connectivity for every site and user.

Connectivity for leisure, operational and mission critical use. We build, manage and support infrastructure for professional and leisure military life. Connect personnel and their families inside and outside of the wire, in single living accommodation (SLA), service family accommodation (SFA), eSports facilities, mess halls, heritage centres, contact houses, transit blocks and temporary accommodation.

We work directly with your site; centrally with the support of the DIO; Front-Line Command (FLC) digital teams, Defence Digital or through contractual agreements with aggregated defence service providers.

Approved by the MOD and its service providers.

Used by defence establishments and contractors.

Run commercial services on our digital defence infrastructure.

Our networks go beyond MOD-commissioned infrastructure, giving you flexibility to run commercial services on the same network. We already support defence service providers using service VLANs to deliver new carrier and network infrastructure more efficiently. From indoor and outdoor WiFi to WAN and LAN, we power seamless communication that modernises operations and reduces long-term costs. Our robust digital backbone enables real-time analytics, IoT systems and AI-driven tools, driving resilience and operational efficiency.

How can we help you?

“I serve in the Royal Engineers. Motorsport is my passion and I’ve invested in a racing gaming setup. The free WiFi at my current camp was nowhere near good enough for what I love doing. Wifinity gives me the service I need to turn what I love into a real-life opportunity. I am now a new member of the Army motorsport team.”

Spr Woodcock, Wifinity customer, 2025

The UK’s defence connectivity leader since 2007.

Tens of thousands of MOD personnel, families and contractors rely on our networks. Our services are used in family homes, living blocks, welfare hubs and communal facilities at 160 MOD establishments. We specialise in hard-to-reach locations, connecting places other ISPs can’t or won’t. Our services meet defence-grade standards.

Approved by Defence Digital, Network Service 3, defence frameworks and accreditations, procurement is simple. Our fully managed networks are backed by proactive monitoring and 24/7 UK-based support teams.

Our team includes veterans and reservists, and we hold the Gold Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Award.
