Wifinity has pledged to support our Defence Communities as part of the Armed Forces Covenant and are a proud holder of the Silver Award. We provide our support in many ways, including:
- A mobilisation policy ensuring that anyone called to active duty has a place at Wifinity when they return.
- 10 days additional paid leave (per calendar year) for Reservists for training.
- 10 days additional paid leave (per calendar year) for Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAV) for training.
- 28 days of additional unpaid leave to support spouses or partners of service personnel in the case of injury or deployment of the service person.
- An amazing community of Veterans who work throughout the business.
- Opportunities to volunteer and support the Cadet communities – this could be though ad-hoc support through Wifinity or you may wish to volunteer to become a CFAV directly, in which case you will be able to access the above training leave allowance and, where operationally possible, we can look at flexible arrangements that may be required to support you to support the Cadets.
- Guaranteed interviews for Cadets.
- All externally advertised roles are also advertised on the web platforms of Career Transition Partnership (CTP) and Forces Family Jobs (FFJ) and each applicant receives a screening call as a minimum.
