Can I use the WiFi on multiple devices at the same time?

This can vary by venue/site, depending on factors such as location, broadband capacity, and the limits of some satellite services like Starlink. Please check with a member of staff on-site, or contact our support team who will be happy to help advise.

I have purchased a data allowance package and it has not been assigned to my account

Although rare, if there is a break in connectivity during the connection process, your payment may be taken but not applied to your account. If this happens, please contact us and we will issue a refund.

I am receiving a message that says the connection is not secure

When you first connect to our wireless hotspot, the connection appears unsecure so you can access the login or splash page. Once logged in, the connection is secured, and sites using HTTPS are encrypted as usual.
