Simply connect to the ‘Wifinity Home Networking’ WiFi signal and enter your username and passcode.

My internet speeds are slow

Please make sure that you’ve changed over from the ‘Wifinity Onboarding’ network and onto ‘Wifinity Home Networking’. When you registered you would have been sent a password via email and SMS that enabled you to connect. If you have a port in your room, use a cable to plug your laptop in.

How fast is the service?

On the Wifinity sign up page you will notice a speed checker. You can use this to check your speeds before buying a plan when you’re on site. Please note that if you’re buying a subscription through the Wifinity.co.uk/get-online page there isn’t a speed checker available.
