This can vary by venue/site, depending on factors such as location, broadband capacity, and the limits of some satellite services like Starlink. Please check with a member of staff on-site, or contact our support team who will be happy to help advise.
Although rare, if there is a break in connectivity during the connection process, your payment may be taken but not applied to your account. If this happens, please contact us and we will issue a refund.
You can check your data usage via the User Profile app after logging into the portal. Open the app at the bottom of the page, select Usage and Connection Type, and look for the Total Credit Traffic section. When logging out, you can also see your remaining data. Individual connection speeds will vary depending on the venue’s geographical location and the broadband capacity contracted by the venue management. Guest WiFi is generally intended for casual internet access, email, and surfing and individual speeds may sometimes be capped by the venue to ensure fair access for all users.
