A MAC address is a short set of numbers and letters that is unique to your device. Our network can see your MAC address if it has been added to your account it will be put straight on to the internet.
You can set up an email account using one of the many popular services such as Google Mail (commonly known as Gmail), Outlook and Yahoo.
An email address is required to verify your identity and to provide a means of communication. It also serves as a way to recover lost passwords or to confirm important account information.
A Personal Network Key allows you to establish a secure connection and prevent unauthorised access to your Wi-Fi network – which is why you don’t share it with people you wouldn’t trust.
Feel free to give your visitors your Personal Network Key if you trust them. Please don’t give it to other residents though.
