Can you provide a static IP address?
We currently only provide dynamic IP addresses with our service. However, providing static IP addresses is something we are looking at, and will hopefully be making them available soon.
How can I get hold of a MediaHub?
You can buy a MediaHub by visiting My Account or through Customer Care. Don’t forget that MediaHubs will only work at certain Optify sites. See our MediaHub page for more details.
