How can I get hold of a Media Hub?

You can buy a MediaHub by visiting My Account or through Customer Care. Don’t forget that MediaHubs will only work at certain Optify sites.

Can I change my Home Hub’s network name and password?

Yes. All you have to do is login to your Home Hub’s admin page by entering http://192.168.0.1 on your browser. The username is ‘admin’ and the password is ‘optify’. Once logged in, you can change your Wi-Fi password by following these instructions:
