What to do if you can’t get connected

If you have a valid subscription and have added your device’s MAC address to your account, make sure you are trying to connect to Wifinity network (SSID) – it’s possible you’ve connect to the wrong WiFi signal. You can check this in your device’s settings.

If you have checked all of the above but you still can’t get internet access, you can try clicking here, which should take you to the My Account dashboard, which should then get you online.
