We take internet security very seriously, and our portal servers are hosted in secure locations.
We only retain the minimum data needed to provide the service. For example, payments are handled via a Stripe-hosted page, so Wifinity does not store personal information such as addresses or bank details.
We use a trusted DNS provider, serving millions of users globally, to help categorise websites. While they work hard to ensure accurate categorisation, occasionally a site may be misclassified and blocked.
Content filtering is enabled to protect the network, the venue, and its users. we apply a default policy to block certain categories, but some venues may request additional filtering or specific site blocks. All content filtering is applied at the discretion of Vital WiFi and its customers.
