We recommend logging out of the WiFi when you’ve finished your session, usually by visiting logout.vitalwifi.com
If you see a message saying you’re already logged in, it may be because:
* You’re trying to use a second device, but the venue limits the number of devices you can connect. You’ll need to log out of one device first.
* You closed a session without logging out, and your device’s MAC address randomisation created a new address that the router doesn’t recognise.
To help prevent this, we suggest turning off MAC randomisation on your device:
iOS Devices:
* Open Settings, then tap Wi-Fi
* Tap the information icon next to your network
* Turn off Private Address
* Re-join the network
Android Devices:
* Open Settings, then tap Network & Internet → Wi-Fi
* Tap the gear icon next to your network
* Tap MAC address type → select Phone MAC”
In most cases, the open session will automatically time out, but sometimes you may need us to manually log your device out. If this happens, please contact our support team.
