The Login / Splash Page is not Loading

This may be an issue with the settings on your device or the cache within the browser/CNA (Captive network assistant).  Upon connecting to the network devices should automatically load the login page automatically allowing you to register or login.

Please try connecting to the login page manually as below (Step A) and if this does not work follow steps B & C: 

A) CONNECT TO THE LOGIN PAGE MANUALLY

  1. Connect to the network
  2. If the login page loads but you have issues, please click cancel and select to stay on network
  3. Open your browser and go to login.vitalwifi.com (http://login.vitalwifi.com/)
  4. The login page should now load.

If this does not work please try step B below: 

B) FORGET AND RECONNECT TO THE NETWORK:

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi.
  3. Tap the info button next to the wi-fi network you want to forget. It looks like a lower-case I.
  4. Tap Forget This Network.
  5. Tap Forget when prompted to confirm you want to forget the network.
  6. Restart your device
  7. Open WiFi settings and reconnect to the network.
  8. At this stage the login page should open. 

If this still does not work please try step C below: 

C) CONNECT TO THE LOGIN PAGE MANUALLY USING AN INCOGNITO BROWSER WINDOW

  1. Connect to the network
  2. Once connected open your browser in a private/incognito window. Instructions below: 

Apple:

  • Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap the new page button .
  • Tap Private, then tap Done.

Android:

  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
  • To the right of the address bar, tap More New Incognito tab.
  • A new window appears. In the top left, check for the Incognito icon
  1. In your browser type login.vitalwifi.com (http://login.vitalwifi.com/)
  2. The login page should now load.
