You can check your data usage via the User Profile app after logging into the portal. Open the app at the bottom of the page, select Usage and Connection Type, and look for the Total Credit Traffic section. When logging out, you can also see your remaining data.
The usual logout URL is http://logout.vitalwifi.com but please check with the site if unsure.
