In March 2020, Wifinity was very proud to sign the MOD covenant, committing to provide support and employment to members of the Armed Forces.
We promise that members of the British Forces will never be at a disadvantage, and we have tailored our products and services to offer great value, with fair and transparent canceling and refund policies. We recognise life in the forces can sometimes be unpredictable and Wifnity wants to do all we can to make life as easy as possible for all service personnel.
2 months later, Wifinity was given the Bronze Employer Recognition award, recognising our efforts and policies to provide employment to ex-Service Personnel.
Wifinity has recently implemented new measures to offer additional benefits to reservists. We are happy to announce that we now offer 5 days additional paid leave, and 5 days additional unpaid leave to reservists, to enable them to complete their training. We have also included in our policies additional benefits for Army Spouses, and cadets.

“Many ex-forces people will tell you that you will never find the perfect job when you leave the services until you find it. This was certainly the case in point for me. In April 2012 I was interviewed and selected for the appointment as the Wifinity as the MOD Client Relationship Manager. My roles and responsibilities required me to report directly to the joint Managing Director and after a 6-month bedding in period I was given the autonomy to build up and reach out for new business opportunities inside and outside the MOD space. The rate in which the company has grown indicates the level of business that has been acquired and the direction that the company is heading in and I am very proud to be part of this growth achievement. Every workday within Wifinity is never the same and this is an aspect of my role that I thoroughly enjoy. The large number of diverse customers and various projects ensures that I am continually learning and expanding upon my business knowledge and experience; which constantly reminds me of why I accepted the opportunity to work for Wifinity. “
Wifinity has expressed its interest for the MOD ERS Silver Award, and is awaiting the decision. Whatever the outcome, we are proud of the steps we have taken, to support our Heroes.
