London, UK – 27 February – Wifinity, a provider of managed connectivity infrastructure, has launched a new PMS integration with the Mews Property Management System (PMS) cloud-based hospitality platform API. It automates the internet experience for residents and tenants at properties using Mews.
Mews integrates with Wifinity’s platform, Stardust. As soon as a new tenant checks in through Mews, Stardust instantly creates a secure WiFi account. This eliminates manual WiFi account creation.
Residents receive branded emails and SMS notifications with login details, and self-manage their WiFi account through a user portal. The system pushes user credentials back into the Mews PMS for a seamless, no-touch, end-to-end process.
Designed for easy deployment across multiple properties, landlords and property owners have a cost-effective connectivity solution across their estate. They benefit from:
- Ability to offer a streamlined, ‘mobile-like’ WiFi experience from day one.
- Full brand and control their tenant communications
- Reducing the WiFi admin loads of setting up accounts
Stephanie Smith, Business Development Director, Residential, at Wifinity, said, “Integrating with Mews marks a significant advancement for the resident WiFi experience. Frictionless connectivity gives landlords, developers, and facilities managers another high-value amenity to offer tenants. It is helping them differentiate their property in the highly competitive build-to-rent sector. We aim to deliver high-quality, automated WiFi experiences that enhance resident satisfaction.”
Earlier this month, Wifinity secured a contract to install connectivity for a major London build-to-rent development, with the Mews PMS integration included in the WiFi experience.
