We’re thrilled (and maybe just a bit overexcited) to share that Wifinity and our partner Anchor have been jointly shortlisted for Best Community Engagement at the 2025 ISPA Awards.
This isn’t just any nod. It’s recognition from the UK’s most prestigious broadband awards. It shines a light on the strength of our partnership to bring Anchor’s later-living communities reliable, lightning-fast connectivity. That’s the kind of award dust you want on your shoulders!
Alongside Community Fibre, Country Connect, Gigabit IQ and KCOM, we’ve proven community-powered innovation matters. From working with Anchor’s location managers, keeping their residents informed at every step, to ensuring that rollout disruption was minimal, the team’s dedication to making digital inclusion real and meaningful is what got us here.
We’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Anchor. And, we’re supporting older residents not just with tech, but with time, patience, and real conversation. A massive thank you to the brilliant Wifinity and Anchor community engagement crew. Plus, our amazing partners and the community members whose enthusiasm and feedback this moment possible. As one resident put it:
“I didn’t think I’d ever get the hang of WiFi. But your team sat with me, explained things in plain English, and made me feel like I could do it. It’s not just the internet you’ve brought, it’s confidence.”
Now THAT’S what it’s all about.
This isn’t just a Best Community Engagement ISPA Awards shortlist. It’s a shoutout to teamwork. We’re ready to bring the energy to the awards night. Until then, let’s keep building connections, counting smiles and celebrating every win!
