Wifinity is one of just 200 organisations to receive the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award. It highlights the positive role employers play in supporting defence and inspiring others to do the same.
This award reflects our continued advocacy of the Armed Forces Covenant. We previously held the silver award.
Since founding in 2007, we’ve prioritised delivering Armed Forces connectivity to MOD bases and families. We understand the challenges service personnel face, and our broadband services are designed to be flexible.
Beyond our products and services, the award also recognises our employment policies. These include guaranteed interviews for Cadets, extra paid leave for reservists, and supportive HR policies for reservists, veterans, Cadet Force adult volunteers, and the spouses and partners of those serving in the Armed Forces.
We’re committed to continually improving and expanding our support, whether through opportunities for veteran team members, fair hiring practices, or practical solutions like our remote-first working policy to accommodate Armed Forces life.
This award is a huge milestone, and we’re honoured to receive it.
