An email address is required to verify your identity and to provide a means of communication. It also serves as a way to recover lost passwords or to confirm important account information.

A Personal Network Key allows you to establish a secure connection and prevent unauthorised access to your Wi-Fi network – which is why you don’t share it with people you wouldn’t trust.

A browser is a programme such as Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari etc. that provides a way to look at the information on the World Wide Web. This could include web pages, videos and images.

Feel free to give your visitors your Personal Network Key if you trust them. Please don’t give it to other residents though.
