I can’t seem to make a new account after cancelling a previous subscription

When you cancel your WiFi subscription your account still remains with Wifinity. So, all you need to do is log back in again with your old details. Can’t remember your password? Follow our instructions to reset your password or contact our Customer Service Team.

How fast is the service?

On the Wifinity sign up page you will notice a speed checker. You can use this to check your speeds before buying a plan when you’re on site. Please note that if you’re buying a subscription through the Wifinity.co.uk/get-online page there isn’t a speed checker available.

Can I take my subscription with me when I move to a new site?

Yes, if you’re on a monthly-recurring plan you can pause your subscription if you’re being deployed or going on leave.
